The Space:

Welcome to your speakeasy-themed home away from home in the heart of Ohio City! Step inside and unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a comfortable couch and plenty of space to relax with a movie or enjoy a game after exploring everything Ohio City has to offer.



The dining room features seating for 6 and a built-in wet bar, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Just off the dining room, the first bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.



Continue through the dining room into the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need for your stay, including coffee and all the fixings. A breakfast bar with seating for 3 provides the perfect spot for casual meals or morning coffee.



A convenient laundry room is located toward the back of the home and also includes oversized outdoor games, including cornhole and Giant Connect 4. Step outside to the fully fenced-in backyard, where you can gather with family and friends for a cookout, challenge each other to a game, or unwind around the fire pit while relaxing on the bench swings.



Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms—two with queen-size beds, including one with a TV, and a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and TV. A second full bathroom with a tub, plush towels, and luxurious soaps completes the upstairs space.

Guest Access:

You will have the entire house to yourselves. Parking spot for 1 car in the driveway and free street parking . Keyless entry with access code given 72 hours prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Ohio City, one of Cleveland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods! This area is known for its lively mix of local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, markets, and entertainment. You’ll be close to popular destinations like the West Side Market and the Ohio City entertainment district, with plenty to explore just minutes from your doorstep.



The neighborhood offers a great mix of historic charm and modern city living, making it an ideal home base for exploring Cleveland. Downtown Cleveland, sports venues, museums, and other popular attractions are just a short drive or rideshare away. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, a night out, or a Cleveland adventure, you'll be perfectly situated to experience the best of the city.



Getting Around:

Ohio City is a great neighborhood to explore by car, rideshare, bike, or on foot. Many restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local attractions are just a short drive away, while some nearby destinations are walkable. Uber and Lyft are convenient options for getting around, especially for evenings out. The RTA also provides access to downtown Cleveland and other parts of the city. If you plan to explore beyond Ohio City, having a car is recommended for the most flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
