Please note: No parties, no smoking, and no loitering in shared areas. Quiet hours run from 10PM to 7AM, and we strictly enforce them out of respect for the long-term residents here. There’s 24/7 security on-site and we take house rules seriously.
Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.

Security cameras are in common areas. A noise-monitoring device (Minut/NoiseAware) is installed inside — it only measures sound levels (not conversations).

All bookings are manually reviewed and may be canceled without penalty if considered high-risk.
