We were in town for a Browns game. What a great location. Rooftop patio overlooks Lake Erie and the stadium. Short walk to the stadium. Everything in this apartment is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Check in instructions are very detailed. We will be staying here again

The location was excellent as we were in town to attend a concert at Cleveland Browns stadium (5-10 minute walk). Also very convenient to The Flats with numerous restaurants and bars (5 minute walk). Also attended an Indians (Guardians) game, which was a 20 minute walk from the condo. The rooftop was the highlight of the property, however, with excellent views of Lake Erie and the Browns stadium.

Location was very convenient to The Flats, downtown and other attractions. Loved the fact that this building used to be a wallpaper company back in the day. The Warehouse District is being revitalized! Even though the trains run nearby, it is not noisy. Communication with owner was spot on for check-in/out procedures. Amazing Views

Spent a weekend in cleveland for a comedy show and Browns game. The loft apartment was perfect for our group of 6 friends, 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the living room sofa.The location was great, and the views from in the apartment and on the private rooftop patio were epic. The space was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Cleveland is a great city with lots of things to do and places to eat, some very close to this rental. If its available for your dates, dont hesitate, just book it. We plan to return.

Birthday celebration with a view

I surprised my husband with a stay in the Flats for his 40th! The loft was perfect for us and his brother’s and their wives. The location is amazing, it’s so close to everything and the view from the roof top never gets old. The property owner was wonderful with every interaction we had. We would definitely like to stay again, possibly for a Browns game in the future!

Family of 5 came in Saturday and got to walk to flats for dinner. Went to Browns game on Sunday and got a win. Came home and was able to cook a family dinner on Sunday night. Great time

Great place in a great location.

Excellent property in a convenient downtown location close to restaurants and most of the sights we wanted to hit- rock and roll hall of fame, progressive stadium, first energy stadium, the flats and the Jack- all within walking distance.
