This wonderful solid brick home is centrally located in a lovely, walkable community of Parma, Ohio. With over 1800 square feet between the first and second floors, the spacious yet cozy interior can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a kitchen stocked with essentials, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The 3rd bedroom with bonus office space is located upstairs on the second floor. Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds and there is plenty of seating in the living room.The second bathroom and laundry are located downstairs in the finished basement.

Guests have access to the entire home. Please do not bother the house mechanicals in the laundry room. They are professionally maintenanced, and you will be notified if a maintenance appointment falls during your stay. There is also a second kitchen located in the basement, but it is not set up for use. The garage is not accessible to our guests, however there is ample off-street parking in the driveway.
