The Space:

🏡 This isn't a regular rental — you're getting the entire duplex! Both units are exclusively yours for the full stay, giving your group four bedrooms, two full kitchens, two separate living rooms, and two bathrooms spread across two floors. It's the kind of setup that makes large group trips actually work.

Traveling with a larger group? Having two separate units makes things a little easier:

• 2 fully equipped kitchens — prepare meals separately or use both kitchens when cooking for everyone.

• 2 living rooms — spread out for movie nights, games, or some quiet time.

• 4 private bedrooms — a mix of king and queen beds gives everyone their own sleeping space.

• 2 sofa beds — each living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Both units come with a fully equipped kitchen — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the cookware you need. Stock both kitchens and let different groups cook at the same time, or use one for prep and one for serving. Coffee is provided to get mornings started.



📺 Living Rooms

Two separate living spaces mean your group can split up comfortably — movie night in one room, board games or a quieter hang in the other. Each living room has its own sofa bed for flexible sleeping.



🌿 Outdoor Space

A propane grill is available for cookouts. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking available.



🧺 Laundry

An in-unit washer and dryer is available for your convenience, especially helpful for longer stays and families traveling with children.

The home is located in Lakewood, with convenient access to Cleveland and nearby attractions. Driving times can vary depending on traffic, but approximate distances are:

• Lakewood Park & Lake Erie — about a 15-minute walk

• Downtown Cleveland — approximately 10–15 minutes by car

• West Side Market — approximately 10–15 minutes by car

• Edgewater Park — approximately 10–15 minutes by car

• Gordon Square Arts District — approximately 10 minutes by car

• Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — approximately 15–20 minutes by car

• Cuyahoga Valley National Park — approximately 30–40 minutes by car



🚗 A car is recommended for exploring the area, although some nearby Lakewood attractions are walkable and rideshare services are also available.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

This property is equipped with a shared propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
