Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to both penthouse units, allowing your group to enjoy the property with complete comfort and privacy. Please note that the two units are located three floors apart within the same building. Check-in is through a smart lock, and your personal access codes for both units will be provided before arrival.



• WORK FROM HOME: Fast, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both units, making it easy to work remotely or stream your favorite shows.

Late check-out fees:

• $65 per hour for the first two hours

• $130 per hour thereafter



✹ Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.



✹ These units are NOT pet-friendly.



✹ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially outdoors.



✹ Exterior security cameras are installed around the properties, and an indoor noise monitoring device is used to help ensure compliance with house rules.



✹ Guests are required to complete our check-in form, provide a valid ID, and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.



✹ Reservations are subject to identity verification and screening through a secure third-party service. You will receive an email with instructions after booking. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.



✹ A $500 damage waiver fee applies to stays of more than 30 nights.
