New and neat enough to feel nice, but not stark or sterile, it felt like a home, rather than a show house, but wasnt cluttered enough to feel lived in, just enough to get comportable. We had a great time, host was perfect, we had everything we needed for all ages, including a pack n play for the baby. Host was even kind enough to ship us something we left behind. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, backyard felt like a country property, wish it would have been warm enough...

« We loved our stay! There was much room for our large group of 16. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and we had space for everyone at the dining room tables. We used the 3rd table for plying cards, games and bingo. This is a wonderful large family home. Very comfortable with the children. The stairs are a little worrisome...you just can't keep kids from stairs and we had a couple of tumbles. Just as an fyi... it wasn't a deterrent for us.
