This property was perfect as a bridge after an on campus apartment was heavily damaged by a hurricane. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you!

The check in process lacked enough directions. Getting the key was tedious but the directions fell off after that. The buildings are not well signed and walking around at 10pm trying to figure out how to get to the apartment was a true pain in the backside. As for cleanliness...I have owned a vacation rental personally and have stayed in vacation rentals for years and have never encountered a property this dirty. The dishes that we took from the cabinet were dirty, actual food on the plates...HUMAN HAIR EVERYWHERE...dirty towels, tub didn't drain, spider webs all over the place. We advised Vector Travel of our issues but they only delivered a couple of clean towels at our request and ignored all other complaints.

This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people. This means anytime someone goes to the pool or out to the store they cannot get back inside the building or the unit unless someone comes out to let them in. This is VERY Inconvenient as the corridors are long and if someone wants to go to bed while others are out it’s impossible to let them back inside. At least 2 Fobs should be provided for the apartments. The second item is towels. One towel per person was provided for a 3 night stay. Most vrbo management companies provide at least 2 per person! So this was frustrating along with only providing one blow dryer that 6 people had to share while we were all getting ready to attend our son’s graduation. Each bathroom should have its own blow dryer. Other than this the stay was comfortable and the location was great!
