Fees:
- Additional guest fee: £5 per guest per night,
- Early check in or Late check-out fee: £15 per hour (subject to prior approval),
- Cleaning fee: £49-£99 (based on property location and size),
- Pet fee: £29 per stay (restrictions one pet only – small to medium size, fully house trained)

Charges:
- Out-of-hours guest help manager site visit: £95,
- Unauthorised party / Loud noise complaints: £300 and risk of cancelling your booking,
- Replacement of lost keys: minimum £100,
- Smoking inside the property: £150,
- Tampering with smoke alarms, thermostat control, internet router, noise detectors: £150,
- Unauthorised furniture rearrangement: £100,
- Unauthorised pet fee: £150,
- Unauthorised late check-out fee: £35 per hour,
- Extensive cleaning fee: £25 per hour
- Unauthorised guest fee: £30 per guest per night,
- Unauthorised removal of linen, towels, or cooking equipment: £20 per item

• Please take care of the furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Guests may be charged for any damage caused during their stay.

• Please wash your dishes before departure.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave and follow the recycling instructions provided.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
