« Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area. »

« The entire home was great! We had every amenity we could ever want or need. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, and we enjoyed the stay! I would recommend this VRBO, especially if you plan to visit the Stockyards. I ran from the house each morning and accessed the sidewalk trail that goes all the way to Stockyards. « The owner was very responsive and helpful. Though the property was generally clean, the furniture was stained/quite used. While we arrived at night (not best time to judge), the interior seemed bare compared to many VRBOs we have stayed at in the area while visiting TCU. We did reach out to the owner about a few things and they were quite responsive and helpful. We did not end up staying, however. »

« It’s a 4 level home. Not sure it was listed that way. The top 2 levels didn’t really have good air circulation so that would be a problem in the summer. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The worst part and it ruined the trip was the smell in the house. We had to call the fire department to check for a gas leak. No leak but house smelled so bad we would gag when entering and then go “nose blind”. The lower level, game room we were not able to use because the smell was so bad. Which we...
