Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, free Wifi and Central A/C. Finished garage with a ping pong table and outdoor1/2 basketball court. The Living room, Kitchen and Master Suite have Panoramic views of the Lake and Mount Konocti. Large shaded, covered, gated patio overlooking the Lake. Webber Kettle BBq, Boat to restaurants, travel to wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. Always updated Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage and a second refigerator.

Enjoyed the stay on our first visit to clearlake. Host was very helpful with checking in and local information. House was very clean and right on the water with gorgeous view of dormant volcano. Well stocked kitchen and safe and interesting walkable neighborhood.

Thank you once again for letting us host our weekend at you nice rental property. We caught nice size catfish and a ton of bluegill. Hopefully we can make again for our annual weekend at the end of the year.

We had a great time wih the family. It was very family friendly. The house had beautiful big windows. We caught a lot of catfish. It was a very relaxing weekend. Unfortunately we weren't able to get in the water due to the wind but it was still nice to sit outside.

Host was communicative and thorough. My family and I had a wonderful time at this lakeside rental with beautiful views of the sunset. Also, great fishing especially if you like to fish for catfish. You don’t even need to cast far out in the open water. Cast by the docks and you’re golden . Have a grill going, crack a beer open, and start fishing! What more can you ask for? House was nice and clean with all the amenities you need to keep you entertained.

Fun on the lake

My group of 3 adults and 3 kids had an amazing time at the lake house. The house is configured well with a beautiful outdoor area and view. Highly recommend.

Great host and beautiful location

The location of this house is great and we had a great time there. John, the host was awesome since we booked. He kept in touch until that day and even offered fishing pointers for us beginners. The house was very clean and it had most of what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend it and we would go back.

Great time, Great host!

We had a great time by the lake. The private dock was a huge plus. And the property manager was friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
