« I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. « A pigsty. First room had wet dog urine in the carpet and smelled hideous. They were nice at the desk and switched rooms to a non carpeted floor. Didn't smell too bad, but floor was sticky and not clean. »

« I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...
