If you're looking for a spacious home set on a private, wooded lot for your next getaway to central Washington, look no further than this gorgeous, three-story retreat! While this home is surrounded by lush forests and is just a little over a mile from Speelyi Beach, you'll also be close to several parks, six miles from the Prospector Golf Course, and only eight miles from Swiftwater Cellars in Cle Elum for wining and dining.

Back home, enjoy soaring wooden ceilings, rustic furnishings, and high-end amenities throughout this wonderful vacation rental. Visiting chefs will find all the appliances and accessories they need to whip up mealtime masterpieces for everyone in your group. Dine indoors at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table or indulge in a perfect alfresco experience on your furnished deck. This is also where you'll find your very own hot tub to help soothe your trail weary muscles after exciting days of adventure.

Back inside, get a fire roaring in the wood stove, relax on the comfortable furnishings, and stream your favorite channels on the large TV in the main living area. A second living area with a plush sectional can be found in the fully-furnished basement - ideal for younger guests looking for a space of their own.

This home also comes with a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

In the evenings, gather around the firepit out in the yard to roast s'mores, tell stories, and pick out constellations in the night sky.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Guests are not permitted in the clubhouse area and do not have access to shared amenities (pool, game room, etc.).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
