Disclosure: If you are interested in my property please contact me regarding the high cancellation rate. Before last summer I had a zero percent rate - however we were displaced from our home and had to move to suncadia last summer with our children and cats. I communicated and even offered discounts to the renters whom I had to cancelled . This was a special circumstance rather than a constant theme. Please read the reviews to learn more about the experience renting with me. Due to club restrictions outside our control we do not offer access to the swim center . You will not be charged a resort fee.

Welcome to Suncadia - four seasons of fun + relaxation, where nature meets luxury! ❀ Owning a home here was our dream and we hope you can enjoy as much as we do!

☀Whether it be golfing, long walks, or bbq'ing out on the covered back porch, it's not hard to find respite in this beautiful place. Our well-stocked townhome is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a stroll from award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the StoveHouse Bar & Grill.

Just a short distance away you will find a beautiful pond with kayaking, paddle-boarding, and countless summer events and winter activities. There is also a small park nearby with a basketball hoop and a small slide that kids can enjoy. ( Miners Camp neighborhood down the road)

Our luxury town home features 2 Master Bedrooms, with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. 2.5 bathrooms, including a downstairs powder room for your convenience, and free high-speed Internet.

This town home features ambiance galore - an open concept great room that boasts a gas fireplace, tasteful mountain decor, and two TV's. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, and granite counter-tops. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. You’ll have all the essentials you’ll need to make fantastic in-home meals- including a blender, huge fridge and microwave!

Living space is all downstairs- with master suites on the second floor! Both rooms feature King Beds, and luxury bedding. The main master features double sinks and a large walk-in shower with cobblestone work and a bench. Down the hallway is the 2nd master suite which is also equipped with a King Bed and beautiful bathroom with one sink, and a bath, and shower combo. Just off the main floor entry is an additional œ bath and full laundry facilities are provided off the 2nd floor hallway. We also have a pull-out bed downstairs and two large bean bag chairs. Our beautiful balcony seats two comfortably and features a nice view of the trees and mountains. Make yourself at home and utilize our gas grill. No need to bring propane as the grill is piped into our gas.

FYI: The microwave is situated lower than usual ( to note if you have small children that could potentially run into it)

Please note: When you turn onto Big Hill Drive - it is the second parking lot on the right. Our parking spot is right by the garbage disposal area and is listed as (75 big hill- sign in back) You can use our covered spot. When you walk out hang a left and then take a right down the path past the unlit fire pit. You will see a shared grass area ( with a sign asking to leash dogs) our town home is on the left a few units past the sign. ( 75 big hill is listed at start of path up to townhome) Text me if you cannot find the property. Our home does not have air conditioning but we have found the fans to work just great for our family! Note: ** We cannot predict the weather or personal tolerance. Keep fans going during summer months - thanks!

Please note our covered parking spot is not directly located by our townhome- it is a short walk.

Great spot to gather old friends!

We loved our stay at this beautiful suncadia townhome! The setup with two master bedrooms was perfect and the cozy living room fireplace was a highlight. We also loved the luxury kitchen! The host was responsive and made everything seamless, even with a full schedule. Only gripe is that a couple household items had ran out of stock. Very worth the visit!

Exactly what we were looking for

We had an amazing time staying in the property. Super clean and had all the amenities we required. The only not is that we bought some meat to cook outside on the bbq. The grates were totally rusted over and bent. No grill brush. Just an FYI to the owners. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again

Relaxing Stay in Suncadia - Feels Like Home

Booked this property while in town for a friend’s wedding. While we did end up getting a heat wave and the unit had no AC, the manager, Bre was exceptional at helping us out - the fans on the property did the trick and all was well! Extremely comfortable beds, cozy “lived-in” and welcoming atmosphere and TONS of household/kitchen/dining items. Looking forward to coming back during a cooler season!!

Summer trip to the mountains

This property is hosted by the most engaging and helpful individual. Helped when I had copied incorrectly the entry code and within minutes we were all settled in! Highest quality kitchen appliances, pans, dishes coffee maker and an array of spices in the cupboards! Spotless home with cozy beds and super soft luxuriant towels. A perfect place to gather with adult family and to bring children another time. The dusk brought soft full voiced calls of an owl setting into sleep. Just a wonderful place to be for a little summer holiday! Thank you!

Quick Getaway

We came over for a quick two night stay. This home was perfect for the two of us, but would have been plenty roomy for our family of four. We loved the location as we were able to walk to the lodge for coffee in the morning and enjoyed walking across the street for a drink and live music at the Inn. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a dinner in. I highly recommend staying here.
