A stone gas fireplace with a repurposed wood mantle serves as the focal point of this warm and inviting room that features vaulted ceilings and loads of light. Facing the fireplace is a cushy L-shaped leather couch. The room also includes a 75-inch OLED TV with live TV with a streaming device attached.
Fully equipped with high-end appliances, the kitchen, featuring Quartz countertops and stylish backsplash tile, will accommodate any meal, big or small. From large roasting pans to cookies sheets to a food processor youâll find what you need.
A good size round dining table, with a lazy susan, comfortably seats six. Just behind the table is seating for three more on the stools at the breakfast bar.
The large outdoor patio, accessible off the living room, overlooks native plants and trees and includes an impressive stone fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. Outdoor meals can be enjoyed at the covered table that comfortably seats six and will accommodate 2-3 more stools.
To keep both the kids (both young and old) entertained there is a game room with a Pop-a-Shot basketball game and ping pong table. There is generously sized, well-lit loft that includes a full-sleeper sofa and is a great place to relax with your feet up and read a book.
