Host was very easy to talk to, property was gorgeous, clean and more than we expected. We had an extended family vacation with four families 8 adults 4 kids and It met all our needs. Definitely recommend whether you want to relax in a hot tub, cook a family meal together or have a campfire moment it's close to town but not too close you really feel out in nature here and close to adventure/hikes.

Place was great and just as described. Only suggestion is if you plan to cook a lot you may want to bring your own knives as the ones provided were very dull. Other than that the house is stocked with most everything you need. The host was very responsive to all questions. Place is great for large groups and families as there is plenty of beds and parking.

This is our second year coming and we love this property! Joel was great to communicate with, house is very clean and has all the amenities you could need. Plenty of space for 8 adults and a couple of kids and the kids especially loved the hot tub, game room and spacious driveway to ride bikes. We’ll be back!

Great location, clean, check in was the best ever! We would have liked more towels and to be able to cool down the house...we could not adjust the thermostat and it got very hot.

Family time is the best time!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. There were enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms and a big enough kitchen for our family meals. We enjoyed the proximity to Lake Cle Elum and spent two fun-filled days at the lake Thank you Joel!

Great House for a Group

We had a group of families staying for two weeks. We had plenty of space for everyone, and loved the hot tub. We had a couple issues come up, but the owner was very responsible and handled things right away. We would definitely stay here again,

Family of 9 for our Christmas celebration. House was perfect for us, loved the open floor plan, so plenty of room for us to eat and play games. We had snow so had so much fun sledding and then jumping in the hot tub when we were done. Joel quickly responded to any questions or problems I had, very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great place

We really enjoyed staying at the Double O! Large living room and kitchen space for all of us to hang out in and garage gaming space is really great. The house allows for privacy, if you need a break or to work. Loved the yard and it even snowed, so much fun! Would highly recommend staying here!

Loved it!!

Every year for the past 5 years we find a house in the Suncadia, Cle Elum, Roslyn area for our family to converge for the holidays. It’s been a different house every year and this one was definitely our favorite. The bunk room was perfect for the teenagers to shut themselves away in and the living room/dinning room/kitchen had enough space for us to all be together when we wanted.

We had a great stay with our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids). The property is large with a lot of room for the kids to run around outside (they had a blast playing hide and seek at dusk). The house was clean, temperature was great and we had the ability to change the thermostat if needed. The master suite is huge and all the beds were comfortable. The rooms upstairs are large as well. The bunk area was perfect for the kids and had a TV so when they needed movie time we could still watch what we wanted downstairs. They used it as their bedroom/playroom and loved having their own space. We recommend visiting the beach that is about a 3 minute drive away, and there is a great playground about 8 minutes away. There is a major grocery store less than 15 minutes away and we learned the area pretty quickly! Joel was an excellent host and responded promptly whenever we had a question, and there was minimal work we needed to do on checkout (run the dishwasher and take out trash--no problem), though we tried to leave things as nice as possible. There was also easy access laundry! Overall we had a great stay and the kids were asking "can we come back to this house sometime??"

Annual family vacation.

This was a perfect home for our annual family vacation. Four boy cousins fit perfectly in the bunk room. Ex long bunks were great for the two 6 ft teens. The garage game room was a hit with the cousins. Great kitchen and gathering indoor space. We attended Cle Elum fireworks. Nice event for a small town. Kids also enjoyed a swim in Cle Elum lake. The deer and wild turkey visited daily. Fun time! Thanks Joel for sharing your home.

Beautiful getaway

The house was perfect for our big group of 13! We had our own rooms and the kids piled up in the upstairs bunk room :) the house was very clean, the owner was always available for any questions we had. Great walking/biking trails right on the property and a short distance from lake Cle Elum.I would highly recommend this beautiful house on 40 double o road. Thank you Joel!

One of the best

This property and house was one of the best we’ve stayed at coming to this area for over ten years now. Great location and close to everything. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. My only very small criticism would be no lawn, because I think it would make this house perfect, but we made it work. Even having said that, this house is a 10/10 and we hope maybe we can come back one day. Thank you!

Best House Ever!

We stay in Ronald at least 4-5 times a year and this house is our favorite property yet. It was extremely clean, had gorgeous finishings, a wonderful outdoor space and is tucked away from other homes, giving wonderful privacy. It’s minutes away from Speely Beach, making it easy to visit via atv’s or by car and is stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having their own nicely furnished bedrooms with fireplaces. The master bedroom is breathtaking with its soaking tub and river rock shower and was such a nice treat. I can’t recommend this property enough! We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you Joel for being such a wonderful host!

Great weekend getaway

Our group of 12 had a fantastic time at the Double O Ranch! The house has a great layout for our group of adults and young adult teens, providing ample spaces for us to gather, play games and relax. Roslyn is only a few minutes away by car and Roslyn Grocery impressed us with its inventory! We would happily return to the Ranch in a heartbeat. Joel was highly responsive and made things so easy for us. A five star experience for us!

Everything but the pool table

Everything was awesome! Our one and only complaint was the pool table. It was something our group was mainly looking forward to. And I would recommend not even advertising that you have one… it is falling apart, undersized, and warped with broken ques. Which made it virtually impossible to have a genuine game of pool. Other than that every thing else was spot on and awesome and as advertised
