« Breakfast was great and Lady was wonderful in the dining room. Room was acceptable but the odor of cleaning products was overpowering. Linens were great. Pillows were terrible. Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Overall exceptable experience. »

« Majority of the lighting did not work on the room. The sink was draining slow and the refrigerator was not working. The GM was not very helpful.. I would not recommend this hotel. »

« I enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was good..loved fresh omelets. The room did not have a refrigerator and front desk associate barely looked up from her phone to state there were no extra ones to bring. The pool area was full of kids which was fine, but no one else could enjoy the pool plus the kids kept the floor outside elevators soaking wet..causing a fall hazard. Hotel should have something for them to dry their feet before leaving the pool area. Food at Ruth Chris was good..great...

« I lifted the blanket and found a dark crumb that’s a size of a thumbnail. I had to pick it up with a tissue. Also, there was stains on every pillow case. I found a couple of ants on the bathroom floor. The AC and the fridge as well as the traffic noise from outside were too loud to fall asleep. Other than that the hotel was fine. »
