Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll come to one of the many ponds in the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Oberharzer Wasserwirtschaft.” Here, you can take a refreshing dip and even go fishing.

The vacation home offers an ideal starting point for nature hikes, mountain bike tours, Nordic walking in the summer, and snowshoe hikes in the winter. Some routes begin right behind the vacation home.

The vacation home features a living and dining area with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove; the three bedrooms are modernly furnished and offer views of the Harz countryside; two modern bathrooms with showers—one of which includes a sauna—round out this exceptional offering.
The bright, open kitchen—equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combo—flows directly into the living and dining area, which features a fireplace and entertainment system. The dining area opens onto the adjacent outdoor terrace.
On the fully furnished terrace, you can enjoy pleasant hours from sunrise to sunset.
