« Overall, the property is beautiful. We experienced a few issues. The A/C in our room did not work. Maintenance looked at it and fixed it but it stopped working sometime during the night. The room was uncomfortably warm. We also had an issue getting a luggage trolley. A staff member stated he would bring it to our room but we ended up hauling our luggage down by hand. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great. »
