This is the cleanest, most well maintained hotel we have stayed in for as long as I can remember. The staff was great as well. EXCELLENT STAY!

We were greeted on arrival; the room was very clean and with a view.. The view was of the hills above Clarkston and Lewiston. The breakfast was great, with omelet station, waffle station, and the usual breakfast options.. Also even had packets of instant breakfast.. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Asked for early check-in at 1:00pm and told the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Promised they would be ready at 3:00pm. Came back after 3:00pm and told the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Went to dinner and came back at 5:30pm and we’re finally able to check in. Asked for adjoining rooms and told they didn’t have any. Got checked into one of our rooms and it had an adjoining door to a room that was not rented that night. The grout in the shower needs a good cleaning. Other than that the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Dear Christine,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have researched this matter, we were very busy yesterday. We had a gymnastics group here and majority of them all had noon check-outs. Check in time isn't until 3pm. The rooms weren't ready yet, because the housekeepers were still finishing up. Our housekeepers didn't get out until later on in the evening. Your reservation is an Expedia reservation, and we are unable to change your room type from a double queen to a double queen suit, since the rooms are pre-paid. If the rooms were made directly at the property, we would have been more than happy to move you into a double queen room that has the joining room to the double queen suit. I will make sure to pass that along to our housekeepers, my apologies on the grout in the shower, that is unacceptable. I'm glad your stay was comfortable. Anytime we score a 9 or below, we consider it a failure on our part. We hope to see you next time and give us another chance, safe travels.

Not quite as good this time
Great newer hotel. 4th time staying. Caught them at a busy breakfast time at 7:30am today. The scrambled eggs were not re filled in the 30 minutes I was there. I was told they were coming our I could order from the omlet bar. Hash browns were under cooked and missing for 15 minutes upon arrival. Coffee machine need a re set and the caraffe was empty as the other option. Had to ask for help. Overall, nice hotel and usually satisfied with breakfast, but not this time.

Dear Jo Ann, Thank you for staying at our property. We have researched this matter, and My assistant Manager, spoke my front desk clerk who checked you in, was following hotel policy. Per policy, you booked a QQMS. Unfortunately he wasn't able to upgrade you to a QQS. They are an additional 30 extra. With our contract with Expedia, we are unable to do upgrades since the room has already been booked, and us a locked in set room, with a rate. I hope you will consider us in the near future. If you call the hotel directly, we would be more then happy to book you a reservation, QQS. Sometimes, we can even get you a better rate then what is shown on expedia. Clean newer hotel, but won't be back.
The rates for this hotel we absurd due to a family weekend at WSU. I paid the high rate, because we had stayed there before, and they have a breakfast omelet bar that works well for my family who is mostly gluten intolerant. They were understaffed, and the omelet bar was close with almost no gluten free options. Lots of small annoying things that will prevent me from returning. Front desk guy told me about his problems when I checked in. Soap that does not rinse off! Seriously, even my kids brought it up on the last trip, and they don’t care about that stuff. Table and charging receptacle on one side of the bed! I would be fine with all this at $150 a night, but not at 2.5x that much.

Just a quick overnighted. Room rate was extremely high for that particular hotel but 3 functions going on so they can charge what they can get away with. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and remembered why we were there on check out.

This is a great place to stay. Nice and roomy reception area, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast.

Really clean and comfortable rooms. We weren't traveling with pets but if we were, the nice pet bowls and pet area outside back door of our room would have been perfect!. Wonderful breakfast with a great omelet bar! We'll be back!
