Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. « This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it.
