I was pleased with the staff as warm, welcoming, and helpful when asked about good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated. This hotel is located only a few miles from downtown Cashiers giving lots of things to do like visiting the historical Zachary-Tolbert House. « in our room the phone was not working, the micro wave was missing-the glass plate, one of the coffee machines in breakfast area was not working, on thursday morning the bathroom in the lobby was stopped up,the breakfast left a lot to be desired.pancake machine was out of batter,bacon was so greasy it was not eatable. had to ask for napkins,room was not cleaned when we requested it , not a very good stay »
