« Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available....

« The property was fine for a 1 night stay. There was very loud highway overnight construction right outside my window. I did not find the bed/bedding very comfortable and one of the pillows had a what I’m assuming is a stain because I’m in denial it maybe hadn’t been changed. Positives were staff was welcoming and the in-room tv channels were decent. If staying for a night or two this place fits the need and budget but if staying longer than that I would definitely consider elsewhere. »
