« The staff needs to learn better English. The carpets were filthy. The electrical system was very bad. But the beds were comfortable. It needed some major repairs and maintenance. Parking was good, but I will never stay there again. »

« The room was clean, check in/out was easy. This is not a luxury hotel. It is clean and comfortable, but very utilitarian. The room is very basic, but everything works. I was able to freeze ice packs in the mini-fridge. Communication was all via text, but adequate. Casey's next door for pizza. Other dining is about 10 minutes away in Red Oak. It was perfect for what I wanted. »
