« Me alojé en Sunflower porque me parecía que era la mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona. La comunicación para el día de llegada fue perfecta. El personal es súper amable y atento. El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografías con cocina y frigorífico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfección (que eso es un plus en la zona). El aparcamiento era en una zona cerrada dentro del recinto. Si vuelvo a Jamaica, repetiré sin duda. »

« I am really not satisfied with this hotel and would not recommend it to nobody. We had a first room where there was a leak, no towels, no blankets, it was not well maintained and it was really old. They change us room and it was the same thing air conditioning not working, light in the bathroom not working, no toilet paper, was not well maintained and old. « I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

« Accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern. Amenities such as an elevator could be installed as climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is as challenging as descending especially when it rains. »
