WHAT WE LOVE



This luxury absolute waterfront cottage is situated on 3 acres of beautifully manicured land in the heart of Tasmania , complete with its own private beach. Situated at the tip of the Tamar Valley wine region, the cottage is perfect for couples in search of a romantic setting to reconnect, or families wanting a memorable holiday destination near Greens Beach.



Fully renovated with interior design by leading Sydney interior designers Home Remedy, the cottage contains only the finest furniture and fittings.



Cook your dish of choice with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, set beside a beautiful Coco Republic concrete dining table. If you dont fancy cooking, enquire about our personal chef who will be happy to whip you up something spesh (additional fee applies and we will need 3 days notice).



Meander about the orchard and help yourself to seasonal fruits including apples, pears, figs, blueberries, apricots and lemons. Our resident chickens might even happily gift you some fresh eggs for brekkie (when the hens are laying).



Sit on the verandah and take in the breathtaking 180-degree views of the Tamar River, perfectly paired with a drop of Tassie red. Relax in the cosiness of the cottage by the wood fireplace, or in the cool comfort of the reverse cycle air-conditioning in the summer months.



Kick back in the home cinema complete with a plush cinema lounge suite, bean bags and large sound bar for the full cinematic experience. Theres complimentary chips, popcorn, soft drink and lollies to make movie night complete!

Wheelchair friendly, the property includes an access ramp, walk-in shower complete level access inside.



This property is family friendly and we can provide a porta cot, high chair, portable baby bath and toys. Please ask should you require anything else.

No washing machine or dryer in the property but the host will be happy to arrange washing/drying for you.

We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However,
We note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout:


Weekends (Fridays 4pm - Monday 10am)



Public Holidays

Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday )


We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
