Our meticulously maintained 2 bedrooms with an open layout to the living/seating area is 1000+ sq feet flooded with natural light and chic decor on the 2nd floor. This exquisite living experience is ideal for couples, solo adventurers or a small family of 4. The modern designed space is furnished with 3 beds (a king and 2 single), closets, chest of drawers, night stands, TVs with cables, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living area and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, patio, AC units (equipped with Eco-friendly system) and ceiling fans throughout. The view from the entrance of the unit and its kitchen is beautiful and offers an indescribable panorama of the sea (especially early mornings).

Our listing is a remarkable find that offers 24 hr security, on site gym, tennis court, breathtaking pool, landscaped gardens, great jogging trails, and an assigned visitor spot with additional parking if necessary.

Guest access
Our unit is ideal for a maximum of 4 guests. No unauthorized guests are allowed.
Guest will have access to the entire condo and community amenities. At this time we don’t allow young children at this listing due to not having safety features installed to make unit suitable for kids.

All visitors must communicate and their names will be shared with security.

To adequately prepare the space for you our guests, we are usually unable to facilitate early check in and/or late check out.

Check In
Check in is between 3 pm to 10pm. On the day your reservation begins, check in instructions can be found in the Info For Guest Tab a day before your arrival with other details relating to check in, Wi-fi password, etc. House Rules are located in Policies and Rules.

What We Provide
At the start of your stay, we provide; basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect: one sheet set per bed, a set of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloth and pool towels provided per person. In addition, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, hand and bath liquid soaps, a hand towel, pots/pans, kettle, blender, toaster, dishes and bowls, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, knives and a trash bag. In addition, we also provide basic condiments such as, salt, black pepper, cooking oil and sugar along with a minimum of 2 bottle waters, crackers and tea bags. Thereafter, it is left for you to purchase any additional essentials needed for the remainder of your stay.

Our broadband provider is FLOW.

We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow music videos and/or photo shoots.
Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are strictly prohibited.
Our House Rules are strict and must be adhered to.
Guest access
Guests have full access to walking trail, gazibos, tennis court, clubhouse, pool and gym. The LFA country store is a one stop for groceries, pharmacy items and deli.
