Bel endroit et excellent emplacement. Nos vacances se sont très bien passées. Par contre, la maison n'est pas climatisée et par grande chaleur, ça serait nécessaire.

Situation idéale, quartier calme, belle maison.

Super séjour de 15 jours, accès direct sur jolie crique, quartier calme proche de toutes commodités. Nous étions 3 couples avec enfants pour 11 personnes au total. Les espaces séparés ont été appréciés dans notre configuration. Propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins, et de bon conseil pour restaurant, visites,... Merci a lui.

From even before we arrived Juan the host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The villa is perfect for a family. The villa is almost spilt into two areas - one part on first floor sleeps four with a bathroom, lounge area and terrace. Downstairs is a further 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a dining room, lounge and kitchen. The outdoor space is tremendous - large pool, lots of sun loungers, bbq sitting area with table and chairs and a terrace from the house to sit out at with a table for 11. Private access down to Cala en Forcat beach takes minutes. The water park and main strip is easily within 5-10 minutes walk. Everything was available we needed for a comfortable stay. The bus stop into Ciutadella which is so pretty is on other side of beach next to big hotel (minutes away). Takes 10-15 mins ride. We ate at Shelby’s, Es Repelc and Haiti and all were good. Supermarket delivery from Mercadona online twice helped with food at Villa. As a family celebrating our Mam’s 70th it was perfect and Juan was a brilliant host! Thank you!

A fantastic 2 weeks for a family of 11

We are a family of 8 adults and 3 children (2-4 yrs old) and we had a fantastic 2 weeks in Juan's villa. Communication with Juan throughout the process was pleasant and prompt. Not only did he allow us early entry on the first day, we were also able to check-out an hour late as well.It seems the villa has been updated / upgraded in the last year. The 'adjoining room' issue is no longer an issue and all bedrooms now have new, efficient aircon units. We had 4 car rentals between us, and with the large (gated) drive area and the free on-street parking, we never had any problems parking. The large external dining terrace area was fantastic, as was the pool - which the kids loved. The small local beach is a 5minute walk - as is the nearest small supermarket. The local area does look and feel a little run down during the day but we had many evening meals at local (walking distance) restaurants and each and every one of them delivered good quality and service. The quaint old town of Ciutadella is a 10 minute drive away.The pool area, terrace and the villa itself has a few steps - and you need to take care on the path down to the beach - but none of our 3 young kids tripped or fell during the entire holiday.Overall, we had a great time at Villa Forcat - thanks Juan.

Would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning property, all good room sizes, immaculately clean. Juan couldn't have been a better host, we arrived late around 10pm and Juan ran my husband to the shop to get some essentials for us as the supermarkets were closing and we didn't rent a car this holiday. Although i will say a car is definitely not needed as the public transport links are fab, Juan does give details about it and lits of other information too. The desent to the beach was a lovely touch and it was again a clean beach, not too big , mu h more like a magical little cove, the swimming was great with the sea clear and absolutely loads of fish. We walked aling the walkway most mornings around 7am and no one was about so it was very calming. When not in the sea we was in the pool at the villa which my kids all loved, the grounds that the property is suited on were safe for the kids to run around playing with them taking great joy at going all the way around whilst all us adults sat under the huge covered patio. There was 5 adults and 4 kids and found that we were all extremely comfortable here, i would recommend it to families and large parties of friends who like somewhere that isn't far from having a decent time out but also just the right distance from any noise. Thank you Juan for all your help, you are as amazing as your beautiful villa xx

Perfect Villa, Fantastic Location

We stayed as a two-family group of ten people for ten nights in July/August. Parents and teenagers. Juan, the owner was superb from start to finish: helpful, friendly, and easy to contact when required - and was available 24 hours a day! He even arranged for us to check in early. You can’t ask for more than that! The villa itself and pool were spotlessly clean and the towels and bedsheets were changed once per week. Everything was as advertised: Situated overlooking the beach with direct, private access; five minutes walk to the nearest supermarket; ten minutes to bars and restaurants. So, as we’d arranged a private transfer, a car wasn’t required. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Again, thank you Juan for helping make it a great few days in Menorca.

Family holiday

Family of 7, all adults. Juan was very accommodating and let us check in earlier than planned due to flight times. Villa in a great position for the young adults who wanted easy access to bars etc. The coves and small beaches make a pleasant walk. Loads of places to eat catering for variety of tastes. Villa itself is very spacious, kitchen well equipped and maintained to a very good standard. All communications with the owner were great, no problems. You can park car inside of gates. 3 sets of keys provided, great for larger group. Juan available at any time if there is a problem. Would definately book again for an extended family holiday.

La casa es ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. Nos ha parecido una casa amplia y acogedora, buena terraza y fantástico acceso a cala en Forcat. Excellent host and superb Villa - Juan is amazing

Juan was an amazing host from start to finish nothing was too much trouble and a true gentleman if you are looking for a villa in menorca this is the place, Juan will make your stay exceptional. Location - The villa is in an exceptional location with the beach is a few seconds away down a set of private steps (there are a few jellyfish a couple of us got stung but again you are swimming in the sea, they are fairly easy to spot). After a trip to the beach the walk back to the villa is easy and outside taps make cleaning little ones very easy. We did not hire a car on this occasion (we had 4 adults and 5 children in our party) the nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk, it's a little pricey but fine for essentials. The main street with more supermarkets and restaurants is about a 10min walk, Juan recommended Shelby's for food which was excellent and well worth a visit. Jaun also gave some recommendations for places to see obviously close by as we didn't have a car one of the places was Pont d'en Gil for the sunset, it was very busy but was stunning and for me worth the visit it's about a 20min walk from the villa. I would also recommend walking to the beach at night it is stunning particularly if the moon is nestled between the cliffs it make for a great photo. Villa amenities - we mixed our holiday with eating out and cooking in the villa, having 2 small children with us it was a good mix. The villa had everything we needed to cater for 9 people. The pool was lovely and well looked after it was a much needed escape from the heat and definitely a favorite with the kids. We really enjoyed swimming after the sun had gone down to cool down. The villa is in a very quite place you can relax and hear the ocean. The outside area of the villa is really nice and clean there is a large table and 9 sun beds so no fighting for places to relax. We didn't use the bbq but the table and chairs in that area could do with being replaced The beds were OK and served their purpose, the rooms were decent and very clean. The villa is 2 villas in one there is a bedroom between the two and is the only way to access each side, we didn't use it but it may bother some people, as this room is the coolest in the house it would be more suited to an extra living room, although there is a living room upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen upstairs isn't usuable and would be better suited as a bed room in my opinion, these are small personal things the villas is amazing

Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Forcat per nove giorni. La casa è in ottime condizioni, ha una piscina grande che viene pulita spesso, una zona barbecue di cui abbiamo potuto usufruire e un accesso molto comodo al mare, infatti basta percorrere un brevissimo sentiero che parte dal retro della villa per trovarsi direttamente il mare davanti. La villa è spaziosa e luminosa, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il proprietario è sempre stato gentile e disponibile con noi ed ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta in breve tempo, dandoci inoltre ottimi consigli per trascorrere al meglio in nostro soggiorno a Menorca!

Family holiday for nine adults

The villa has a lovely pool area which we used daily. The access to the cove below was by steps which were easy to use as long as you had no mobility issues. One of the downstairs bedrooms is an access room to the rest of the villa ( can be locked). There are fans in all the bedrooms but we really struggled with no air con. We were aware of this when we booked but did not think Menorca would be too hot for us. For the first three days Menorca was experiencing a heat wave. Lots of dips in the pool and cold drinks helped. All the bathrooms were modern with good showers. There is a nice patio area to relax in and an outdoor bbq area. There were shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The host, Juan, was very helpful and responsive. We asked for extra pillows and more shade around the pool and Juan sorted this immediately.

Just returned from Villa Forcat, a lovely villa in an nice location close to all amenities. The villa is spacious, comfortable with everything that you could need for your stay, we all loved the beautiful outside area and pool where we spent most of the day. Our host Juan explained everything to us on our arrival and phoned to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa

Just arrived home after spending 11 wonderful nights at the Villa Forcat. We are a family of 9 and were met at the villa by the lovely owner Juan who showed us around. Being familiar with the area, the location was excellent. A 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and not much further to the bars and restaurants, a short walk down the steps of the property to the beach and cove of Cala'n Forcat and about a 15 minute stroll to the beautiful cove of Cala'n Brut. Most of our holiday was spent at the villa though and I honestly can't fault it. Spotlessly clean on arrival, both inside and around the pool area which was also surprisingly quiet and private. The rooms were comfortable with more than enough storage and although there wasn't any air-conditioning, the fans provided were sufficient enough even on the very warm and humid nights we had during our stay. We did have one very minor issue with a leaking toilet cistern which was immediately acted upon by Juan who arranged for a plumber to fix it. A big thanks to his sister for attending with the plumber at a time that was convenient for us. I also want to thank Juan and his sister for bringing us the most delicious and fresh Ensaimadas you could wish for one morning for breakfast. Totally unexpected and really thoughtful. Muchas gracias. We really did have a wonderful holiday and that was down to the superb villa and wonderful service from Juan. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and will definitely try to come back one day.

Wonderful Villa and great location

This villa was superb. The location with direct access to the beach is a real bonus. There is plenty of space in the villa and its very comfortable both inside and out on the terraces. The kids loved the pool and I loved using the BBQ grill most evenings. Hope to be back here next year. Thanks to Juan who was friendly and couldnt be more helpful. A true 5 stars for this property.
