Caleta de Mar is an apartment located in a quiet complex in Sa Caleta, featuring a swimming pool and a paddle tennis court. The private terrace, featuring a covered area with a table and chairs and another area with a lawn and lounge chairs, offers views of the pool. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive from the center of Ciutadella.



The apartment has Wi Fi and comes equipped with bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for all guests. The complex features a large communal pool and a paddle tennis court. During your stay, you ll have access to the entire apartment, its private terrace, and the residential complex s common areas. Both the living dining room and the bedrooms have air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months. Although there is no private parking, there are free parking spots on the street surrounding the complex, and it is usually easy to find a place to park. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. A crib and high chair are available upon prior request. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective as of December 2, 2024, all guests must complete online registration and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The apartment is located in a tourist area with amenities, supermarkets, and restaurants. However, for larger purchases or a wider variety of shops and supermarkets, we recommend traveling to Ciutadella de Menorca, located a 5 minute drive away. Please note that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally, generally from Easter through the end of October. Out of respect for the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, please keep noise levels moderate at night. Parties and events are not permitted.

About a 10 minute walk away is Sa Caleta Cove, a small beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Very close by, just a 2 minute drive away, is Cala Santandría, a larger and easily accessible beach known for its crystal clear waters and light colored sand characteristics typical of the island s southern beaches. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. However, as this is primarily a vacation area, many services may be closed during the off season. For a wider selection of dining options, shops, and a livelier atmosphere, we recommend heading to Ciutadella, just a 5 minute drive away. Its old town is one of the most beautiful on the island and especially pleasant for strolling at sunset during the summer months. About a 5 minute walk from the apartment is the entrance to the Camí de Cavalls, a trail that runs along the coast of Menorca and allows for both hiking and access to more remote coves, some of which are inaccessible by car. The area has good access to the main highway, making it easy to travel to other beaches, towns, and points of interest on the island. Additionally, the new port of Ciutadella is about a 5 minute drive away, something to keep in mind if you re arriving in Menorca by ferry.

Within the Sa Caleta area, you can get around on foot, as the beach, supermarkets, and some restaurants are just a short walk from the apartment. To get to Ciutadella or explore Menorca s various coves and points of interest, you ll need transportation. The best option is to have your own vehicle whether a car or a motorcycle as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and remote spots that public transportation doesn t reach. However, about 250 meters from the apartment (a 3 minute walk) is the bus stop for lines L64 and L65, with direct service to Ciutadella and the Son Xoriguer area. From Ciutadella, you can connect to other lines heading to different parts of the island. Caleta de Mar is a well designed apartment in Sa Caleta, a quiet residential area just a few minutes from Ciutadella and very close to the sea. Upon entering the apartment, you ll find the living dining room, a comfortable space featuring a sofa, a 32 inch TV, Wi Fi, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen is located in the same open space and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware for daily use. The sleeping area is distributed on both sides of the living room. On one side is the master bedroom, featuring a 150 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a window facing the outside, along with a full bathroom with a shower. On the other side is the second bedroom, equipped with a divan style bed that can be converted into two single beds (90 cm and 80 cm), also with a window facing the outside. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside, the private terrace offers a spacious and pleasant area to enjoy the outdoors. It is divided into a tiled, covered area with an outdoor table and chairs, and a grassy area with lounge chairs and a parasol, overlooking the communal pool. The pool and the paddle tennis court are part of the complex s common areas and are available throughout your stay.

Check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. The property has a self check in system, allowing for a convenient and flexible arrival.
