« I booked a 1 week stay for work, had a family emergency and had to leave for home on the second day. I called Expedia to let them know and ask about a refund for days not used. They called the front desk while I was on the phone with them, Expedia was ok with modifying my itinerary and so was American Inn and Suites, for a 2 night charge at regular rate for $221. I was ok with that. I had stayed Sunday and Monday, checked out Monday night around 8pm. I drove all night and day, got home Tuesday...

« Le voisinage n'est pas recommandable. Il y a des consommateurs de drogues et des gens douteux qui errent aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait appel à la police pour surveiller les alentours. Il a été tres collaboratif pour surveiller et sécuriser nos motocyclettes. »
