« Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. « We had a relaxing long weekend at Avoca farm chalet.The barn animals were friendly and we enjoyed feeding them, when food was available. The chalet was clean and comfortable, but it is located close to the cottage and homestead. We appreciated the games, puzzles and dvds as there was no wifi. Thanks for a relaxing stay. »
