« The air conditioner was not working and never got fixed »

« There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again. »

« 2 girls outside our room being loud at 11pm was not very respectful and after a long day we just wanted to sleep. Luckily enough they moved on after a few minutes of hearing a door open. Room was big with decent amenities. Parking was good but don’t think having to pay £2.50 was necessary. There’s a restaurant onsite but don’t offer a proper breakfast which was disappointing. The tuna breakfast toasty was ok but not something you normally eat then. The bathroom needed a good clean. Unfortunately...

« Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. »

« Nous avions réservé des suites, elles étaient magnifiques, spacieuses, propres et une très bonne literie, biscuits maison dans la chambre, délicieux ! Nous avons dîné sur place d’un excellent fish and chips. Également un bon petit déjeuner. Et du personnel très sympathique !! »

« Hormis la climatisation j’ai pu remarquer que la chambre reste toujours froid. »

« The room I booked and showered on the page that’s not the room I was given . Also it was relatively dusty and I to clean it myself before I could sleep in it . I believe the cleaners can do way better . Thank you »

« Une nuit seulement. Salle de bain avec douche propre mais eau froide le matin, lavabo pas lavé avec des restes de saletés. Bruyant (les évacuations dans l'immeuble, la ventilation de la salle-de-bain et la route très passante). Draps très propres, lits confortables, accueil charmant. Donc correct pour une nuit. »
