The hotel is a short walk from Crewe Railway Station. The room was clean and the staff were fine. However the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to do very much so the room was very warm and the window only opened a small amount. The shower was old and difficult to control. Breakfast was not available and the breakfast and bar areas were closed throughout my stay, although I was told the hotel ownership had just changed again so that apparently was the reason.

Hotel was perfect, straight opposite the train station, great price,clean and tidy room, comfortable bed. Ordered breakfast and it was excellent I was 3 hours delayed on the train and exhausted when I arrived, the gentleman that greeted me at the desk was so unbelievably professional and welcoming, put all my worries and tiredness aside, great assett
