« Door on back of building was filthy. One opened and one unopened drink in our fridge. Room smelled like an ashtray. Cigarette butt in toilet. Went downstairs to tell them and front desk blamed first,”the Indian” woman and by time she was done making excuses. The Indian woman became a he….. pretty sure she was making the whole thing up »

« I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above. »
