When you’re not out and about exploring the many local shops and restaurants, these 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are the ideal space to call home with bright and open living spaces welcoming you as soon as you step through the front door. But perhaps one of the best features of these units is that they are located right on top of the 927 Reserve Bourbon and Cocktail Bar, positioning you just steps away from happy hour or a night cap.

Monmouth Loft 1 highlights gorgeous, exposed brick throughout the space. The spacious living room includes comfy sofa seating and smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plenty of cookware and dining ware, and a high-top table for 2. The home sleeps up to 2 guests in a bedroom encased behind a set of French doors and featuring an antique-inspired queen size bed. A full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Monmouth Loft 3 offers warm wood-inspired finishes and cozy seating spaces. A well-equipped kitchen provides standard appliances and cookware, with a chic high-top dining table for 2. The home sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms, each including its own smart TV and loveseat. Bedroom #1 holds a queen size bed, while bedroom #2 holds a full size bed. A full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Lastly, Monmouth Loft 4 features a relaxing living room with cushy sofa seating and smart TV. Although quaint, the kitchen comes well-equipped for your basic cooking needs with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of cookware and dining ware, and a connected counter with barstool seating for 2. This home sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and armchair, while bedroom #2 includes a full size bed as well as an office chair and desk. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Parking for 3 vehicles available on the back side of the building or on the street.

- Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the common hallway area outside of the units.

- All 3 units are walk-up units on the second and third floors; no elevator is available.

- Monmouth Loft 1 is efficiently cooled by window AC units. Lofts 3 and 4 are equipped with central air conditioning.

- This unit's building is equipped with a total of 3 security cameras monitoring the hallways of common areas and the parking lot.
