On the back deck, soak all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub, enjoying a refreshing cocktail while you admire the vast canopy of stars.

While quaint, Dayton isn’t short on things to do and see. Enjoy riverfront views as you venture along the Greenway offering picturesque paths for both walking and cycling or immerse yourself in the town’s rich history by exploring the historic district with beautifully preserved architecture. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a pedestal sink and clawfoot tub/shower combo and the second with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

• Street parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is mounted on the front porch, actively monitoring the entry door and street. The second is mounted on the side basement door, actively monitoring the entry door and walkway towards the back yard.
