« The only word I can think of to describe this property and its owner is "skanky". It had an overpowering odor of tobacco mixed with incredibly strong cleaning (maybe bleach) solution that was being used to try and mask the smoke odor. The owner was a strange old guy, who, when asked about a range of issues was utterly unhelpful. I, along with two other groups of incoming guests waited outside in below zero weather.
