« We stayed in an expensive thematic family room. It's really not worth it to pay a supplement for this as there are almost no games for the kids and these rooms have no windows and no natural light coming through.
The meals were really awful for the price we paid. It was supposed to be kaiseki meals but there is no service at all. They put everything on the table on the beginning. Everything cooks in the same time and you don't have time to eat. Everything burns or is cold when it's time to eat....

« The location is very peaceful indeed, and we found our Japanese room very comfortable. Options for breakfast were a bit limited. Nice to be able to book the ofuro but the schedule is a bit too restrictive (5-10 p.m. only). Overall a nice place to stay and good value for money. »
« Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le seul bémol réside dans les transferts entre la gare Ono-ura : pas de navette ni de prise en charge par l’hôtel. Il faut essayer de contacter l’hôtel par téléphone à partir d’une cabine téléphonique publique quand il y en a une, afin que l’hôtel réserve un taxi. On a eu la chance d’être transféré à l’hôtel par un local qui a bien voulu nous monter à l’hôtel. A revoir rapidement. »
