« Front door was locked when I arrived to check in they didn’t use the night check-in window. Had to knock on the door and wait for somebody to walk around and unlock the door to fill in to check in.
Shower didn’t work had to return to the hotel after leaving in the morning to complain, because the front door was still locked,and they basically laughed at me »
