« 客室は広く十分なスペース。 リッチな感じの宿泊施設で良かったです。 欲を言えば寝室に上がる階段に手すりがあると、年齢が上の人間には優しい時思う。 土足で部屋に入るのが標準なのか、スリッパが標準なのか、室内での使い分けに迷ったので、何処かに線引きがされているとありがたいと思います。 »

« Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown. »

« ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。 食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。 »

« The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. »
