Perched at 330 feet, this gated home will provide you with expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and downtown Christiansted, making it feel like your own personal retreat. The property boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with an AC unit, ensuring the utmost comfort during your stay. The first master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with double head shower and dual sinks. The second master bedroom features a king-size bed with a shared en suite bathroom and a shower/tub combination unit. The living room on the main floor includes a full-size pull-out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. The downstairs apartment style bedroom unit features a queen-size bed, full-size pull-out sofa, mini fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, en suite bathroom with shower, private enclosed patio with separate laundry facilities, and private balcony. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this home provides all the room needed to provide you with a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploration. If you are traveling with a small child, there is also a Pack N Play available on site.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with custom built cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas range, and ample space. You will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals while entertaining friends and family.

This house absolutely added to our magical stay on the island and was perfect for the 6 of us. The patio area was stunning, especially with the hammocks we brought. THAT VIEW!!! Yes, it is windy out there but it was very much appreciated with the high 80's everyday - as long as you have (at times) a light jacket/sweatshirt/blanket, you will love it.The spaces inside were very open and the owners have put a lot of thought into each area. The mattrresses could use a topper to make them a bit softer/comfortable and perhaps a few more pillows on each bed but overall the rooms were great.We used the kitchen LOTS. We ate breakfast every morning at the house and only ate out once for dinner because we had so many cooks with us that we just made meals and enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub, played games, and enjoyed being with friends.Having washer and dryers on site was great; we all loved that we could come home with clean stuff and just put them away).The guy who lives on the property is Ross. He was so friendly, quiet and kind; had we not seen him out one day before we were leaving for an adventure - we would never had known he was there. If you stay here, check out the carved snake he made out of an old tree root - AMAZING!We have all said that we would definitely come back here again (maybe next time we will rent a 4x4 vehicle) but our Kia mini-van got us in and out on the roads and drive ways with no problems - just go slow and enjoy your time at this home and St. Croix.

The property was very nice and the owner was very responsive. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There were two problematic issues both totally outside of the owner's control. One, the VRBO site noted there was a grill available. In March of 2025 the local fire district banned grills for Condos. As a result there was no grill available. Not the fault of the owner, but the site should be updated. Two, the site said there was a pool which swayed our decision to stay at the property. The pool was clearly out of commission and won't be in service soon. Again, not the fault of the owner, but VRBO info should be updated to help customers make an informed decision. The owner relayed three days before our stay that the HOA said the pool would be operational by the end of our stay. From appearances, it looks like the pool will be closed for an extended period of time. We saw no work on the pool during our stay. This would have been a five star review if the pool had been operational and we knew to plan for no grill. Otherwise the property was clean and we even had the property owner reach out to gives instructions for sheltering during severe weather. That was greatly appreciated.

The house was absolute perfection for our family vacation. We had six people in our group and everyone had plenty of room. The views were spectacular!! The directions on the listing take you to the house with no problem. The drive to the house is a little rough. I would definitley rent a jeep if planning to stay at this property.

In fairness I am a native Crucian so the road coming in didn't bother me at all. Normal St. Croix things! That aside, the property is beautiful! Nice breezes this time of year did not require the use of any AC! The property is very comfortable and has everything you need! This time of year the pool was a bit cold, but that's ok cause the warm stx waters more than make up for it! I highly recommend this property and will likely stay again in the future, if available.

We were four adults, two preteens and two teens. All of the kids really loved the pool and that they had the little downstairs area for just them. The adults loved the open kitchen living area and the coffee on the deck with awesome views. This house just has it all. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Estate Concordia East rental was exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious, well-maintained, and quiet. The amenities were perfect for our vacation needs. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The rental was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary items such as towels, kitchen utensils, bed linens, and more. The location was also great as it was close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. In addition, the neighborhood was safe and the property managers were very helpful and responsive. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations - making our stay one that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant getaway

There were many issues with the property. Starting with what was corrected first the blender didn’t work and we promptly received a new one. It may not sound important but our family likes to blend fruit drinks and we looked to see specifically if it was an amenity on the listing and it was. We were a family of 8 and the set up is two bedrooms with connecting bathrooms in the main house , down below the pool patio there is a smaller bed with couch futon and also a bathroom and across the driveway was a smaller property with a bathroom , bedroom, futon in a small living room and little kitchen. We could not make use of the small property as there was nothing really in there set up. There were no towels to shower , there were only like 4 or 5 bathroom towels total anywhere so we had to rewash them often. There were no kitchen cooking supplies so the kitchen couldn’t really be used either. We did mention this and we were brought one set of pots and pans , which we used in main home because there wasn’t very many of them in there, and one towel with 3 small hand towels. The bathroom shower in this place never had hot water so we couldn’t ever use it anyway. The door handle to this home also fell completely off and no one felt comfortable sleeping in there. The downstairs accommodations were ok except the bathroom had a leak and water went all over. We contacted management and they “fixed it “ but the issue took a few times to correct. There was also no hot water in this bathroom to shower. At best it was lukewarm so our fam of four staying down there had to use the upstairs bathroom which as quite inconvenient for them as they have smaller children. In the main home area we had trouble with the internet on the first day and then it was corrected I believe a day in a half later. The garbage disposal was broke and it took some days for it to be replaced and in the meantime water was leaking all over the kitchen and we had to hand wash all items to prevent the water when using the dishwasher. It was a mess ! Also in this main home the lock fell completely out of the door and we had to leave the back open to get in. That was fixed eventually but irritating. On the first day the hot tub looked terrible, it was dirty and had bugs all in it and obviously did not work. We asked the whole trip for this to be fixed and it was never done. The property manger did come up and offer us a complimentary dinner for our troubles but we were charged $327 for it.
