This property has a shared driveway and is not suitable for gatherings, parties, or social functions of any kind.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking, including the use of recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $300 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.



🧹 Keep the Space Tidy

Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excess cleaning will be charged at $60 per hour.



🧻 Report Damage or Spills

Please report any damage, spills, or issues promptly so we can address them as soon as possible.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one house access key is provided as standard. Additional key must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key.
