Worcester courtyard stay with Sonos sound in Christchurch

Relax in a private two-level townhouse for two, with a courtyard, 55-inch Samsung TV and Sonos Ray soundbar. Make coffee with the Nespresso Creatista, cook at home and use the washer and dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, reached by stairs. There is no on-site parking.

The ground floor has the kitchen and living area with access to the courtyard. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom. A heat pump, Wi-Fi, Nespresso Creatista, washer and dryer, and bathroom bidet are provided. A motion-activated security camera is outside the front door; there are no indoor cameras.

Guest access
You have private use of the entire townhouse and courtyard. Stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. The exterior front-door camera is motion activated.

Location and transport
A Worcester Street base for enjoying Christchurch’s central cafés, dining and attractions.
There is no on-site parking. Check nearby public parking options and their posted fees and restrictions, or use local transport.

Keep quiet between 9pm and 8am !
No evens!

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied. (we will be supplying make up removal wipes)

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.

2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
