The entire one-bedroom townhouse is yours, with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a lounge with a heat pump. This is a two-storey home, so guests need to use indoor stairs.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker and cooking and dining essentials. Wi-Fi, a TV and washer-dryer are available for a convenient independent stay. The kitchen is stocked with crockery and cutlery for at least four.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD 50 + GST per hour.
