« Property has potential but not run very well. Booked a stay overnight, drove 30 miles out of my way because I wanted a room with a view on a lake, but when I got there, no room. THERE IS NO ONE ON THE PROPERTY TO EVEN DEAL WITH. If you want total incompetence, book a room here. Otherwise steer clear. Expedia made it right with a credit plus, but not worth the time and travel it cost me to find out there was no room available after I got there. »

Crosswalk light does not work crossing street to and from hotel to parking garage. No front desk night person, but a...

« This apartment was very clean and newly renovated with all the amenities. Loved the historic aspects of the building. The library for guests was very welcoming. Nice outdoor space including a wrap-around balcony on the front of the building overlooking downtown. Great location with all of downtown in a walkable distance. Several close restaurants and shops. Easy on-site parking. »
