« Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la Villa de Steve, très bien située pour visité le sud-est de l'île ainsi que Nicosie. Villa au calme avec belle piscine, vue sur les champs et les oliviers. Literie confortable, climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Steve est très réactif et disponible si besoin. Les amis de Steve habitent 2 maisons au dessus, ils sont très serviable. Tous y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. »

« We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place! »

« We have stayed in this villa before. We love the location, size and the fact that it contains everything we need for a lovely holiday. It was 11 years ago that we stayed there and there were some changes. The only negative thing about the place is that it needs a little bit of a refurb to bring the furniture both inside and outside up to date and although it was clean and tidy, there were things that could have been cleaned to show that it is really being taken care of eg the glass fencing...

« This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it. »

« The property was absolutely beautiful and always had cleaners round for the pool or the villa which is great. Being right next to the beach and there’s a beach bar which is a beautiful place to go. Overall would go here again. »

« La maison en elle même est sympathique mais assez loin de tout Après nous avons personnellement apprécié le côté campagne et calme J'ai payé un supplément Clim et celle de la salle à manger qui n’était pas précisé sur l’annonce en français ! L’équipement en vaisselle est plus que limité pour une maison censée accueillir 8 personnes…aucun saladier par exemple, pas de bol etc La table de jardin est toute petite et que pour 4 personnes…un peu compliqué quand on est 6…l’extérieur n’est pas très...

The property was not easy with even a sat nav. 13.No Batteries in the touch wall lamps on the staircase. 14.The mince and cockroaches were found on the property . 15.My wife clean and mopped the bedroom and found a pair men's sandals under the bed. 16.Shower trap were disgusting. 17.Bed Linen was not even iron and the bath room mat was yellow and not white. We had hotel towels which did not belong to the...

« The communication with the owner doesn’t exist. Doesn’t replay to nothing, not even in the check-out!!! The explanation for check-in was difficult. The house is dirty and old. Many things are broken. It’s not 200m from the beach. »

« Villa parfaitement adaptée pour notre séjour... Par contre grosse difficulté pour la localiser la nuit. L'adresse n'existe pas dans les GPS et les habitants du village ne connaissent pas le nom de la rue qui n'est indiqué nulle part. »

« Large Building, lots of privacy.. no connection with the surrounding area.. we we're hoping for more nice views of the sea and neighbourhood.. the villa is Well equiped. »

« This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!! »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was beautiful. Every day our room was spotlessly cleaned and the whole place has a lovely modern finish. We will be back! »
