Laguna Phuket is Asia’s first integrated destination resort and is a prolific holiday home of hotels and facilities spanning 1,000 acres of tropical parkland.

THE SPACE

This private villa features contemporary Thai architecture. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with 1 additional study room with sofa-bed; and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The impressive brand-new (in 2023) designer kitchen features emerald pearl granite bench tops and is fully equipped with modern western appliances (washing machine, oven, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, and Nespresso coffee maker), and features island seating, making it the perfect spot for family gatherings.

There is an outdoor Weber BBQ grill. In addition to a private swimming pool, this villa comes with a large outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi with very comfortable seating for 4 to 6 people.

In 2024, the villa was further upgraded with a brand new 65” Samsung LED TV and brand new curtains throughout.

A complimentary cleaning service will be provided twice per week, with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner topped up; and toilet rolls replaced. Linen and towels will be changed once per week.

Free 2.4Ghz/5Ghz fast WiFi is available at the villa (approx. 90 Mbps).

This property is nestled in a charming, family-oriented locale where we, as owners, have enjoyed countless happy holidays. Your family will relish the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor BBQ area. The owners recommend relaxing in the jacuzzi at sunset, together with a bottle of champagne.

This is a non-smoking villa and we kindly request that our guests refrain from smoking at the villa to ensure the comfort of our non-smoking guests.

GUEST ACCESS

The villa is located on a private road, with guest access via a security gate. This guarantees safety, privacy, and seclusion in one of Laguna's most prestigious locations.

There is ample car parking, plus a complimentary shuttle bus service is provided by Laguna, which transports guests to the other hotels, golf courses, and beaches within the Laguna area.

4 bicycles are provided so you can further experience the estate.

Please let us know your arrival details well in advance of arrival: It is important for us to receive your arrival details in advance so that we can coordinate with our villa host, Thip, to greet you upon your arrival at the villa. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send a text message to Thip upon your arrival in Phuket. This helps Thip plan her day accordingly, ensuring she knows when to be on standby to welcome you at the villa.

Family amenities/special requests: A portable baby cot and stroller are available upon request to accommodate families. Please inform us of any other special requests well in advance of your stay, and we will endeavour to accommodate them (within reason).
