« Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took...

« India was so nice when we were checking in at 11pm. The place is super clean, which is the most important aspect to me, and the room was bigger than expected. The hotel is near everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

« Pleasant and helpful personnel at the Reception desk. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable room. Easy access to I40. »

« Un arrêt de 3 jours pour jouer un tournoi de bridge. Hotel confortable et accueil sympathique. Situé tout près du site du tournoi, c’était idéal pour nous. Nous avons une remorque et le stationnement est grand et facile d’accès. Un seul point faible le WiFi est très mauvais. »

« Yes the room was clean but it smelled like a teenage boys room (a little musty), breakfast was good had a lot of options. Was scared about the location but actually it was not very nice and safe location. »

« The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards. »

« We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they...
