This is a typical Soviet-built 9-story apartment building. They installed mini-locker boxes on the side of the building and they email you a 4-digit code in order to open it an get the keys. Once you enter the main stairway, there is a main front door to a 7 apartments right by the elevator, which you open with one of the keys. Once you enter, there is a hallway with 7 doors to 7 mini-apartments, which you open with another key to access the apartment they assigned for you. The apartment is clean and modern - has a mini-kitchen with practically everything (forks, spoons, knives, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc). Bed was comfortable and bedding was of adequate quality. The only minor complaint is the shower - which is a stand-up shower with a curtain (!). They provided the towels, shampoo and shower gel. So, all in all it feels like you are staying at a hotel. For the price (about 30 per night in late November) it exceeded my expectations and of course I would recommended it. If you're never seen a Soviet-built apartment block before, it might be intimidating at first. If you have a car, parking around the apartment is non-existent after 9pm. Some evenings I had to park far away and on the curb or over the curb. Host was super responsive over Whatsapp (nearly instant replies).
