Willowbrook is a stunning Cotswold retreat set in 2.5 acres of peaceful grounds. Enjoy spacious, stylish accommodation with professionally designed interiors, bespoke artwork, and luxury bedding. Ideally located for easy access to charming villages, top pubs, restaurants, and attractions. Perfect for relaxing, recharging, and entertaining in comfort and elegance.

Tucked away at the end of a peaceful no-through road in the charming hamlet of Radford, Willowbrook House is a newly built Georgian-style residence crafted from iconic Cotswold stone. Set amidst gently rolling countryside, this exquisite home offers an idyllic, tranquil retreat — perfect for families and groups seeking luxury, comfort, and space to reconnect.

Step into the grand entrance hallway and discover the heart of the home: a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for effortless entertaining and everyday living. The bespoke kitchen features a large island with breakfast bar, double fridge/freezers, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a premium GRIND coffee machine, all complemented by elegant Soho Home dining sets. A separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional dishwasher adds to the seamless convenience.

The generous dining table seats 10 with ease, ideal for shared meals and special celebrations. Through patio doors, step onto the rear terrace where a high-quality teak dining table for 12 and a gas BBQ invite leisurely al fresco dining. A stylish modular sofa provides a serene spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking countryside views.

The beautifully appointed sitting room centers around a majestic open Cotswold stone fireplace with a double-sided wood burner, which also warms the adjacent snug — a cosy retreat filled with entertainment for all ages, including Xbox and PlayStation consoles and an extensive collection of family board games. SONOS speakers throughout the kitchen and sitting areas provide the perfect soundtrack for your stay, while eco-friendly underfloor heating keeps the entire ground floor comfortably warm.

A spacious study offers a quiet workspace, complemented by a convenient downstairs WC.

Upstairs, five elegant bedrooms are designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings, each outfitted with luxurious Hypnos or Simba mattresses, bespoke blackout Roman blinds, sumptuous White Company linens, and premium toiletries. TVs are provided in all bedrooms except Bedroom 5 to encourage quality family downtime.

Master Suite: Super king bed, walk-in dressing room with vanity, and a spa-like ensuite featuring a freestanding bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Flexible zip-and-link configuration (super king or two singles), with a nearby bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4: King beds with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers.

Bedroom 5: King bed with an ensuite bathroom boasting a bathtub.

The grounds are a haven for outdoor enjoyment: mature trees offer dappled shade, while wooden footbridges cross a charming stream leading to an open paddock — perfect for countryside strolls, picnics, or watching little ones explore safely. The lawn invites friendly competition with boules, giant Jenga, and connect four, while football fans can enjoy two football training packages complete with goals and Kickman.

Secure private parking is provided via a gated gravel driveway.

A detached two-bedroom cottage adjacent to the main house sleeps four additional guests and may be available to rent on request. The owners use the cottage occasionally but never when guests are in residence without prior arrangement.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome on request for a small fee. We provide a welcome pack, dog bowls, and towels for your four-legged friend.

Children and babies are warmly welcomed. We offer children’s dinnerware, cutlery, cups, plus two highchairs and two travel cots on request. Two fold-out beds can also be hired for extra children’s sleeping arrangements.

Please note, access is via a typical country lane

We do not accept stag or hen parties.

Though private, Willowbrook is near other homes, so please respect our neighbors.

The property is secured with external CCTV and an ANPR security gate.

Perfect

We had the most wonderful time at this property. Check in and check out were easy (Cotswolds can be a bit intimidating) and the house was so thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. Exactly as pictured- even better in person and it felt like a complete sanctuary after a very long travel day. We loved the beds and beautiful sheetstowels. Each day, we woke up to the most magnificent view of a field with a horse that our child loved watching. It felt completely safe, gated and cctv- always a priority. We were working remotely and having an office was such a luxury. Being able to shut the bedrooms off from the noise of the living room/kitchen/laundry was the icing on the cake. Secluded and private, yet close to everything we needed. Our host was so responsive with our truly silly questions (the kind you've answered for yourself just after hitting send) and we felt so well taken care of! Pristine is the word I would use to describe the home. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.
